Author's supervision

Author’s supervision is a regular control of the project realization, which helps to realize the design exactly as it was conceived.
We visit the site on a weekly basis and, if necessary, we visit furniture and finishing materials showrooms.
What is included in the author's supervision
- Control over compliance of construction and finishing works with the project and technical drawings
- Selection of materials, finishes, furniture, textiles and color schemes, taking into account the concept and the budget
- Consultations for contractors on emerging issues
- Adjustment and finalization of solutions in the course of implementation, if necessary
- Photo and video reports, as well as documentation of the process in a general chat room with all stages recorded
Author's supervision minimizes the risks of mistakes, alterations and amateurishness of contractors. You get not just a project, but exactly the result that we conceived together - without deviations and unnecessary costs.
