WHAT WE’VE DONE

The total area is approximately 600 m², and the house consists of three main units: a garage, a common area, and a private area.

The garage accommodates two cars, with ample storage and a carport with parking for two more cars. The common area features a spacious kitchen and dining area, as well as two living areas: one with a large home theater system and access to an outdoor terrace. The private area is divided into adult and children's areas. The adult area features a full-size master suite, while the children's area is combined with a bathroom and playroom for children to spend time together without being disturbed by adults. A guest bedroom and staff quarters are also provided.

Panoramic glazing throughout the house blurs the line between the house and the street, integrating the landscape with the interior space. Native plants are used in the views: burdock around the architectural stone at the end of the house and an illuminated row of nettles near the rear entrance.

The exterior is finished in a monochrome palette with textured plaster and smooth, rounded corners on the façade, adding a soft touch to the house and highlighting the warm tones of the structure.
