WHAT WE’VE DONE

The apartment is located on the first floor and includes two bedrooms, a 10 m² terrace, separate kitchen and living room, two bathrooms, and two loggias. The children in the family are already adults and live separately but occasionally visit, so one bedroom was designed as a guest room with a desk, since the clients sometimes work from home. A load-bearing wall prevented us from combining the kitchen and living room, but this also brought some convenience.

For the apartment’s aesthetic, we used technologically advanced designer lighting from several well-known global brands, along with stylish upholstered and dining furniture from leading Russian brands. In the built-in furniture, we incorporated an interesting illuminated cabinet and an original chest of drawers in the kitchen, as well as a closed bar in the living room—these ideas were inspired by a furniture exhibition in Milan. The project also features other intriguing furniture details that invite exploration, while the rest of the space is filled with a monochrome color palette.
