WHAT WE’VE DONE

B72's new residential complex is called "UNO Smart Quarter," and for the common areas' design concept, we proposed a futuristic approach, using materials that mimic metal, reminiscent of the surface of spaceships, and concrete, as the most sustainable product for future generations.

Various lighting sources immerse residents in a moonlit atmosphere, and the main art object welcomes residents with a real cactus, the strongest and most intelligent plant, capable of surviving in the most extreme conditions.

For the accent color, we used the outside-in principle and took the color from the building's façade, reminiscent of the surface of Mars—so distant, mysterious, and desirable.

In addition, we developed smart navigation throughout the floors, several coworking areas, and via QR codes placed in various locations, residents will be able to access a portal where they can read the history of the neighborhood and the residential complex itself, join a resident chat, contact the management company, and find out the latest news.
