So we decided to design a house that goes for the same price as a studio apartment.

- One-story house with large windows and a flat roof.
- Split bathroom.
- Two bedrooms.
- Large kitchen-diner with work space and a wood-burning fireplace.
- Spacious dining area.
- Boiler room equipped to provide gas heating.
- Hallway designed to cut off cold air drafts.
- Plenty of storage space.
- Terrace with a canopy that presents the owners an opportunity to drink wine while staying outside on a rainy day without getting wet.
